Everyone who lives or works in Concord is challenged to run, walk, swim or roll 100 miles. It’s easier than you think. The key is to run, walk, swim or roll a little every day. Make it a family adventure!
Here's How
Keep a log of the miles you run, walk, swim or roll. It won’t take long to get to 100 miles:
- 2 miles a day, 5 days a week, equals 100 miles in just 10 weeks (2.5 months).
- 1 mile a day, 5 days a week, equals 100 miles in 20 weeks (5 months).
- 3 miles a week equals 100 miles in about 33 weeks (8.2 months).
- As with any new exercise program, please consult your doctor before starting.
