Request an Inspection

Inspections must be requested by the permit holder. Permit holders are required to submit a request via the "Request an Inspection" button above. All inspection requests are scheduled for the next business day. For example, a request submitted up to 11:59 p.m. on Thursday will be scheduled for Friday. A request submitted any time Friday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday will be scheduled for Monday. Holidays are treated the same as a weekend day.

After 9 a.m. the day of your inspection, you can confirm your inspection and AM or PM time window by clicking the "View Today’s Building Inspection Schedule" button above.

While we do our best to accommodate preferred time windows, we cannot guarantee a specific time slot. Work must be completed and ready for inspection prior to the inspection date.

Inspection Hours: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday

Please be sure to have the permit card on site at the time of inspection. For contractor installed work, contractors must be on site for inspections, not just the home owners. If no one is present at time of inspection, a re-inspection fee will be charged.
