Resources for Businesses Impacted by COVID-19

The City of Concord understands that the COVID-19 shelter-in-place order may present financial challenges for local businesses. To help mitigate these challenges, the City has created the COVID-19 Business Resources page, which highlights a variety of resources that businesses can pursue during this difficult time.

Small businesses that can demonstrate substantial economic injury as a result of COVID-19 can apply for an Economic Injury Disaster Loan, a federal loan program administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The program offers an interest rate of 3.75 percent for small businesses and 2.75 percent for non-profit organizations, with long-term repayments up to a maximum of 30 years.

The COVID-19 Business Resources page also highlights resources from the California Labor & Workforce Development Agency (LWDA), California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA), and the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz), among other agencies. The resources provide a comprehensive overview of available business assistance and interim guidelines to keep employees safe. The COVID-19 Business Resources page will be updated on a regular basis.

View the COVID-19 Business Resources page and follow the City of Concord on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn for business-related updates.
