Concord adult softball league registration open
Team registrations are now being accepted for Concord spring and summer adult softball leagues. Men’s, women’s, co-ed and masters divisions are offered on various nights throughout the week, Sunday through Friday. The summer league is scheduled to start in April and run through July.
The Concord Softball Association’s spring league is a four game series beginning February 28. Early Bird Spring Round Robins are March 1 for men’s division and on March 16 for men’s and co-ed divisions.
This season Concord is once again offering an E-League for the men’s division and a strictly recreational league for the co-ed divisions. They are designed for teams with little to no experience that are looking to play in a completely non-competitive environment.
The registration deadline is Feb. 22. Registration and information packets are available at Willow Pass Community Center, 2748 E. Olivera Rd. at the corner of Salvio and E. Olivera, on-line at www.cityofconcord.org/softball or by calling the adult sports office at (925) 671-3279 to receive the packet by mail. To join a team, call the adult sports office to be placed on the free agent list.
