The fair is being held in conjunction with Concord's Thursday Music and Market program in Todos Santos Plaza. The Farmers' Market is in the plaza from 4 to 8 p.m. with Polynesian dance and musical group Da Island Way taking the stage at 6:30 p.m.

The fair will feature representatives from the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District and Hazmat team, the American Red Cross, Contra Costa County Animal Services, the Salvation Army, Contra Costa County Public Health Division and the Mt. Diablo Amateur Radio Club.

Demonstrations by citizen volunteers involved with Community Emergency Response Teams will be presented throughout the evening.
