Concord VIBE to recognize City Anniversary with "Nifty-One-Fifty" stout at 2nd Annual Beer Release Party

The City of Concord is hosting its 2nd Annual Beer Release Party at the Hop Grenade and Salvio Pacheco Square in downtown Concord, in partnership with Visit Concord, on Sunday, March 18, from 12 to 2 p.m. This year Epidemic Ales, EJ Phair and Rachel Dunn Chocolates have come together for a very special and unique brew in honor of the City's 150th anniversary. "Nifty-One-Fifty" is a Dominican Republic Golden Chocolate Stout, available to sample for guests of legal drinking age.

"Concord VIBE captures the essence of fun and entertainment in Concord, and the Annual Beer Release Party is a great event for friends to get together and for local businesses to introduce themselves to the community," said Pedro Garcia, economic development specialist at the City of Concord.

The first 250 guests of legal drinking age will receive a commemorative Concord VIBE sampling glass, while the first 150 people will also receive a newly-designed Concord VIBE t-shirt.

The Beer Release party will also feature a business expo showcasing numerous VIBE businesses that have participated in the VIBE video series, including restaurants, fitness studios/gyms, barbershops, dog wellness, an exotic car dealership and the arts.
