Mission of the City Attorney's Office

Represent the City in all litigation. Assist in implementing the City Council's policy objectives to promote the economic and social well-being of the Concord community in a manner consistent with applicable legal requirements.

Legal Advice for City Staff, Boards and Commissions

Efficiently manage claims and litigation to achieve the best possible results, either through settlement negotiations or favorable court rulings. Interpret and enforce provisions of the City's Mobilehome Rent Stabilization and Closure Ordinances.

Neighborhood Preservation
