Military Recognition Program
The City Council's Military Recognition Program honors Concord military personnel returning from service in Iraq, Afghanistan and other areas of conflict. Recipients are presented with commendations at a City Council meeting in recognition of the sacrifices they have made while serving their country.
Family members are encouraged to submit information about loved ones who are due home on leave or who have completed their tour of duty overseas. Fill out and return the form below. For more information, contact Leslye Asera, Community Relations Manager, 671-3272, lasera@ci.concord.ca.us.

Customer Satisfaction Survey
The City of Concord conducted a customer satisfaction survey in February 2008. The survey was designed to gather public input about which quality of life issues are most important to residents and to measure how satisfied residents are with services provided by the City. The survey was administered by phone to a random sample of 604 households in the City. The results of the random sample have a 95% level of confidence with a precision rate of plus or minus 4%.
