Customer Satisfaction Survey

Council ChamberThe City of Concord conducted a Community Priorities Survey in February 2014. The survey was designed to gather public input about which quality of life issues are most important to residents and to measure how satisfied residents are with services provided by the City. The survey was administered by phone to a random sample of 500 households. Four out of five residents felt that the quality of life in Concord was either Good (64%) or Excellent (15%) and 83% were either very satisfied or somewhat satisfied with City services. The results of the random sample have a 95% level of confidence with a precision rate of plus or minus 4.4%.
