The City of Concord is extremely fortunate to have a historic downtown center known as Todos Santos Plaza (All Saints Plaza). This community gathering place is located at 2175 Willow Pass Road between Mt. Diablo and Grant Streets, and is considered the heart of the downtown.
This pedestrian-oriented plaza and the downtown area offers more than 40 restaurants, various retail and services, convenient office space, easy access to BART, 14-screen Brenden Theatre, and free concerts and community events throughout the year which draw more then one million visitors annually to the downtown. Some of the events include: year-round Farmer's Market, live Concerts on Thursday nights in the summer, California Symphony Pops Concert, National Night Out celebrations, holiday events, and car shows.
The City of Concord's Downtown Management Office works closely with the Todos Santos Business Association (TSBA) and other local organizations to produce high-quality and business-friendly events that promote the downtown as a friendly, fun and safe place to work, live, shop and play.
The City of Concord also works cooperatively with the local real estate community to retain the existing businesses as well as attract appropriate new businesses to further expand the office, retail and services mix in the area.
