Luxury Apartments with Convenient BART and Downtown Access

"Legacy Park Central" is a new luxury apartment complex , developed by Legacy Partners, located on a 4.6-acre site in downtown Concord . The project benefits from being within walking distance to BART, downtown office buildings, downtown retail, Brenden Theatres and Todos Santos Plaza . The site fronts Galindo Street and is situated between Laguna Street and Clayton Road , across from the Police Headquarters.

The apartment complex consists of 259 units, housed in two four-story buildings. The unit mix includes 140 one-bedroom units, 99 two-bedroom units, 12 three-bedroom units and 8 townhouse-style units. The units range in size from 609 to 1,598 square feet, with over half larger than 1,000 square feet.
