Olivera Crossing

Olivera Crossing, a 53,050 square foot neighborhood retail center located at the corner of Port Chicago Highway and Olivera Road, is nearing completion of its major renovations. The new center feature a façade renovation and a new retail building adding approxim ately 17,000 square feet to the project. The center will also have new parking and improved access into property. Renovations include a comprehensive landscaping plan is also part of the overall renovations that will enhance the retail characteristic of the project.

Mason-McDuffie Financial Corporation of Oakland purchased the center in 2002 and is the leasing agent for the property. New tenants include UPS Store, Nextel, Curves fitness club, Starbucks and Subway. Existing tenants include Bradley Video, Taco Bell and Round Table Pizza. The anchor tenant for the center has yet to be announced.
