Todos Santos Parking Center

A New Public Parking Facility

The Concord Redevelopment Agency's, the Todos Santos Parking Center, was completed in the Spring of 2002.

The structure replaced the former surface City public parking lot on the downtown block bordered by Concord Avenue, Pacheco Street, Mt. Diablo Street and Salvio Street. The structure's design complements the adjacent historic Old Bank and Bacon buildings.

The project aesthetically and functionally enhances this core downtown location through the following features:

• Three-levels, totaling 432 parking spaces;
• Open all day, seven days a week;
• Access from Pacheco and Salvio Streets;
• Landscaped "paseo" providing a pleasant pedestrian environment between the parking structure, the Old Bank building and Salvio Street; and
• A new downtown management office
