Washington Mutual Building

The Redevelopment Agency sold a 3,165-square foot parcel that remained after the construction of Todos Santos Parking Center to an adjacent property owner, allowing for the consolidation of a new commercial building at 2097 Salvio Street . This building is currently occupied by Washington Mutual Bank, Comcast and Legacy Homes Residential Real Estate office. The outstanding design of this building sets a standard for commercial construction in the downtown and reflects the Redevelopment Agency's objective of achieving outstanding design quality in its projects.
