City Planning
The Planning Division
The central point of contact for review and processing of all development applications. Processes over-the-counter and discretionary permits. Responsible for the City's current and future planning needs, staff in the planning division manage development in the best interest of the City. Planning related laws, zoning ordinance, and policies are communicated to developers and the general public to ensure accurate information flow.

This downtown businesses partnership was established to revitalize, market, and promote downtown Concord as a safe, fun, and friendly place to work, shop, eat, and play. Todos Santos Plaza is the civic gathering place for the community.
