Information about the City's Property Locator Services
The City's Economic Development staff is available to assist current Concord businesses which are looking to expand and/or relocate within the community, and for potential businesses searching for a new location. Staff works with businesses and real estate agents to find locations in Concord to meet their business needs while meeting City requirements and regulations. From retail to office to warehouse and research and development space, Concord offers an array of commercial space that makes Concord a premier location to locate a business. If you have a specific real estate requirement, please contact the City staff listed below.
Property owners and real estate agents with properties for sale or lease in Concord, should send these current listings (electronically) to Economic Development staff so that the City can have this information readily available for potential buyers and tenants. The City's services are not meant to take the place of a qualified real estate agent, but rather is an economic development tool to assist businesses and further advertise potential real estate opportunities in the community.
Until February 1, 2012, the City was able to provide a free GIS-based "Available Property" service to assist current and potential businesses in finding appropriate sites in which to locate or expand. Unfortunately, due to the elimination of Redevelopment Agencies by the State of California, this site can no longer be funded or maintained.
