Members of the audience may address the Board of Appeals during the Public Comment Period on any subject within its jurisdiction and not listed on this agenda. Approximately 15 minutes is allocated to the Public Comment Period. With few exceptions, the Board of Appeals may schedule the matter at a future meeting.
Persons who wish to speak on matters listed on the agenda will be heard when the presiding officer calls for comments from the audience.

Meeting to hear the appeal of Concord Greenbriar Limited regarding the Chief Building Official’s Notice and Order, dated July 3, 2006 to the owners of the Sun Ridge Apartments, a 197 unit apartment complex located at 1265/1271 Monument Boulevard, Concord, CA, APN 128-262-021 and 128-262-022.
