2. Presentation - "Mount Diablo Creel Watershed Planning Project" Presentation by Jessica Hamburger, Contra Costa Resource Conservation District
3. Review of Preliminary CIP Proposals for 2005/2006 as related to Parks Report by Jill Mercurio, Senior Civil Engineer, Public Works - Engineering Services.
4. General Plan Update (GP 05-004) - Review, discuss and provide comments on the proposed background text, goals, principles, policies and explanatory text in the Draft Concord General Plan Update document for the Parks, Open Space and Conservation Element Report by Phillip Woods, Principal Planner, Planning & Economic Development.
