1. CONFIRMATION - of the second Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m. as the regular meeting date and time for the Policy Development and Internal Operations Council Committee.
2. REVIEW – An ordinance amending Chapter 90 (Streets, Sidewalks, and Other Public Places), Article X (Driveways, Curbs and Sidewalks) of the Concord Municipal Code by adding Sections 90-343 through 90-344, codifying the responsibility of property owners to maintain the sidewalks adjoining their property in a safe condition, and clarifying their potential liability for failing to do so – Report presented by Craig Labadie, City Attorney.
