- CONFIRMATION – of the second Thursday of the month at 5:30 p.m. as the regular meeting date and time for the Recreation and Cultural Affairs Council Committee.
- REVIEW – Consideration of a recommendation on naming the Playground at Hillcrest Park, located at Olivera Road and Grant Street, “Matteo’s Dream - A Playground for Children of ALL Abilities”- report presented by Joan Carrico, Director of Community & Recreation Services.
