Hearings

1. Hansen Minor Subdivision Extension (PM 06-008) – Application for an extension of the approval to subdivide a 26,711 sq. ft. parcel into three single family lots at 3790 Concord Boulevard. This application was approved by the Zoning Administrator on November 10, 2004. The General Plan designation is Low Density Residential; Zoning classification is R-8 (Single Family Residential; 8,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size); APN 114-370-046. Project Planner: Tina Hadley @ 671-3281.
