Shepler Bornemann Commercial Condominiums (PM 06-009) – Application for a Parcel Map to subdivide a 17,697 sq. ft. building into seven individual condominium units ranging in size from 1,300 to 3,025 sq. ft. at 1059 Detroit Avenue. The General Plan designation is Industrial Business Park ; Zoning classification is PD (Planned District); APN 129-040-013. Project Planner: Tina Hadley @ 671-3281.
2. T-Mobile @ 3517 Clayton Road (ZA 06-017) – Application for a 58 ft. tall stealth monopine and a 317 sq. ft. equipment enclosure at 3517 Clayton Road . The General Plan designation is Neighborhood Community Commercial; Zoning classification is APO (Apartment and Professional Office); APN 113-181-014. ProjectPlanner: Tina Hadley @ 671-3281.
