Hearings
- Gillio Minor Subdivision (PM 06-005) – Application for a two-lot Minor Subdivision on a 0.54-acre site at 3381 Euclid Avenue. The General Plan designation is Low Density Residential; Zoning classification is R-7.5 (Single Family Residential, 7,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size); APN 113-082-020. Project Planner: Tina Hadley @ 671-3281.
- Walnut Place Minor Subdivision and Variance Extension (PM 07-002) – Application for an extension of a three-lot Minor Subdivision on a 0.86-acre site and a Variance for a 70-foot wide lot where 80 feet is required at 1674 Walnut Place. This project was approved for a two year period by the City Council on February 8, 2005. The General Plan designation is Low Density Residential; Zoning classification is R-8 (Single Family Residential, 8,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size); APN 114-322-027.
