Hearings
- Noshad Minor Subdivision Extension (PM 04-010) – Application for an extension of a two-lot Minor Subdivision on a 0.46-acre site and a Variance for a 62-foot deep lot where 85 feet is required at 1780 Pear Drive. This project was approved for a two year period by the Zoning Administrator on February 23, 2005. The General Plan designation is Low Density Residential; Zoning classification is R-7 (Single Family Residential, 7,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size); APN 147-095-001.
