(The public may speak on any item within the jurisdiction of the Zoning Administrator not listed on this agenda. Approximately 15 minutes is allocated for the Public Comment Period, and each speaker will be allowed approximately 3 minutes.)

Hearings

1. Verizon Wireless at Pavilion Place Extension (ZA 05-024) – Application for an extension of an approval to install six, 4 ft. tall panel antennas on top of an existing PG & E tower, and a 336 sq. ft. equipment building enclosed with an eight-foot tall block wall at the northeast corner of Clayton Road and Allegro Avenue. This project was previously approved by the Zoning Administrator on February 8, 2006. The General Plan designation is Medium Density Residential; Zoning classification is PD (Planned District); APN 117-350-121. Project Planner: Tina Hadley @ 671-3281.
