Hidden Corners Minor Subdivision and Variance (PM 06-011 (411-06), VA 07-006) – Application for a three-lot Minor Subdivision on a 0.63-acre site and Variance for lot depths of 82 feet, 65 feet, and 77 feet where 85 feet is required at 2724 Cowell Road. The General Plan designation is Low Density Residential; Zoning classification is R-6 (Single Family Residential, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size); APN 126-182-051.
