Hearings
- Hidden Corners Minor Subdivision and Variances (PM 06-011 (411-06), VA 07-006) – Application for a three-lot Minor Subdivision on a 0.63-acre site and Variances for lot depths of 65 feet, 77 feet, and 82 feet where 85 feet is required and rear setback for Lot B of 15 feet where 20 feet is required at 2724 Cowell Road. The General Plan designation is Low Density Residential; Zoning classification is R-6 (Single Family Residential, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size); APN 126-182-051. Project Planner: Chuck Gabrysiak @ 671-3044. This project was continued from the June 27th and July 25th meeting.
- Castro Minor Subdivision Extension (PM 03-009) – Application for an extension of an approved Minor Subdivision to split a 1.2-acre parcel into two single-family lots at 5235 Laurel Drive. The General Plan designation is Rural Residential-Conservation; Zoning classification is R-20 (Single Family Residential, 20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size); APN 117-040-120. Project Planner: Chuck Gabrysiak @ 671-3044.
