1. Bates Minor Subdivision (PM 07-007) – Application for a two-lot Minor Subdivision of a 2.51-acre parcel including a remainder parcel at 2322 Bates Avenue. The General Plan designation is Business Park; Zoning classification is LI (Light Industrial); APN 159-060-066. Project Planner: Tina Hadley @ (925) 671-3281.
