  1. Bates Minor Subdivision (PM 07-007) – Application for a two-lot Minor Subdivision of a 2.51-acre parcel including a remainder parcel at 2322 Bates Avenue. The General Plan designation is Business Park; Zoning classification is LI (Light Industrial); APN 159-060-066. Project Planner: Tina Hadley @ (925) 671-3281. Continued from the March 12th meeting.
  2. California Spine Care (ZA 07-006, VA 07-007) - Application for a Zoning Administrator Permit to convert an existing 1,242 sq. ft. office building into a 1,642 sq. ft. medical office building and Variance to allow five on-site parking spaces where eight are typically required at 2291 Pacheco Street.
