Hearings

1. Olivieri Accessory Structures (UP 07-004, VA 08-003) – Application for a Use Permit to allow six existing accessory structures to remain with a total gross area exceeding 480 sq. ft. and Variances for reduced side yard setbacks on a 48,347 sq. ft. site at 3351 Alfonso Drive. The General Plan designation is Low Density Residential; Zoning classification is R-6 (Single Family Residential, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size); APN 129-442-013.
