The City employs approximately 500 full-time employees and several hundred part-time employees. Many employees work at the Civic Center at 1950 Parkside Drive, the Police Headquarters at 1350 Galindo Street and the Corporation Yard at 1455 Gasoline Alley. Others are located in offices near the Civic Center or off-site at various City facilities.
City operations are organized around 11 main departments.
A few departments including BENS and Planning and Econmic Development, are further organized into multiple divisions.
