Instructions for Using Microsoft Word Version of Application Forms

The Microsoft Word version of an application form is a regular Word 97 document. When you open the document, your cursor will be located in the first blank. Fill in each blank, using the tab key to move from one blank to the next. If you would like to spell check your document, use the special Spell Check Form Data button that appears next to the Help menu selection on the Menu Bar. When you have completed the form you will be able to save it as a Word document to your own hard disk. You may e-mail the completed document as an attachment to the appropriate department.
