Organizational Training Program
The City of Concord Organzational Training Program was developed to provide City of Concord employees with the tools and competencies necessary to face new challenges and further the organization’s mission of providing responsive, cost-effective and innovative local government services.
The Program offers a variety of workshops encompassing a broad range of skill sets, enabling employees to choose individual workshops based on their own specific needs, with workshops that are tailored to the organization. Wherever possible, case studies and workshop materials have been customized to reflect our experiences as a “leading edge” organization in the public sector.
It is our goal to provide interesting and relevant learning opportunities within an interactive, fast-paced environment. Individual workshops are designed for personal and professional growth, and also emphasize our team-based approach to problem-solving.
