Friends of the Concord Library

The Friends of the Concord Library is an organization dedicated to improving library services in Concord. Through membership donations and Book Sale earnings, the League provides the library with books, tapes, magazines, and compact discs. We also provide children's and cultural programs for the community.

Description

Members of Concord's Friends of the Library provide support for local library services and special activities. Members hold periodic clean-up days and raise funds through book sales to help support special programs such as:

  • Story-times for children,
  • Workshops for small businesses owners,
  • Access to a variety of databases which boost use of the Internet.

Cost

Individual memberships are $10 per year, and a family membership is $15.
