Construction & Demolition Materials Recycling Ordinance Participant Satisfaction Survey

The City of Concord requests that surveys be completed after the
permitted project is complete and the final report has been submitted,
however, comments may be submitted at any time.

GENERAL INFORMATION



PERMITTING PROCESS
  1. C&D Ordinance instructions were clear and easy to understand.
  1. Request for Hauling Project Number or Waiver form was clear and easy to understand.
  1. The processing of forms was efficient.
DURING THE PROJECT
  1. Contra Costa Builder’s Guide to Re-use and Recycling was useful and information was current.
  1. Help Desk was knowledgeable about the C&D Ordinance requirements. Please note: The Help Desk does not refer to the City or its Building Division staff.
  1. Help Desk responded to your inquiry before the end of the next business day.
  1. Recycling options were available for at least 50 percent of waste materials.
END OF PROJECT
  1. Recycling Assessment/Final Report form was a good tool for quantifying the amount of materials diverted from the landfill.
  1. 30-Days is a reasonable amount of time to complete the Recycling Assessment/Final Report form.
  1. Refund (if applicable) was received within a reasonable amount of time.
