Major Case Room
The Concord Police Department is devoted to justice for victims and their families in its pursuit of solving all crimes, especially homicides that go unanswered over time due to a lack of leads or evidence. The Crimes Against Persons Unit (CPU) within the Support Operations Division is responsible for maintaining a level of familiarity in developing technology and science that may assist them in solving crimes that have gone cold in years past, and resurrecting these cases with the goal of arresting those responsible.
On this page, you will find information about unsolved homicide cases and other major crimes that have occurred in the City of Concord that need the assistance of our community. If you have information on any of the cases listed on our website, we strongly urge and invite your call. Please contact us by leaving a message at our Major Case tip line, (925) 603-5836. Information left at this location is confidential and is retrieved and evaluated weekly. You can also leave our detectives an email at coldcases@cpd.ci.concord.ca.us.
