Concord's Redevelopment area encompasses all of central Concord, the city’s regional office and shopping destination. To the east, the BART Town Center District functions as a transit-oriented residential hub. A renovated Todos Santos Plaza is host to more than 100,000 people annually at music concerts, the farmers’ markets and special events. The Bank of America Technology Center and One Concord Center provide jobs for 4,000 employees. To the west, the Campus Business District, offering convenient access to major freeways, is home to the offices of Chevron, Wells Fargo Bank and other national corporations.
