Health and Human Services

The Concord Senior Center partners with several non-profit agencies, volunteers and other organizations to provide a variety of services to meet the needs of the 50 & Better community.

Senior Transportation Services


It is important for seniors to stay mobile. Mobility can provide seniors with a means to remain engaged in their communities, countering the isolation that often comes with aging.

Trips and Tours


The Concord Parks & Recreation Department offers day trips, guided tours, and travel programs for seniors. Club membership is NOT required! Our trips are open to all adults 50 & better.
