Our extensive park system boasts playgrounds, ball fields, group picnic area, swimming pools, tennis courts and miles of scenic hiking trails in the Lime Ridge Open Space. Each of Concord's parks has a distinctive character all its own.

The City of Concord's hidden jewel! Bud Hanson Wisteria Arbor is in the beautiful Markham Nature Park, and surrounded by lush grass, a babbling creek, and gorgeous flowers. It’s an idyllic setting for an outdoor wedding and is available on Saturdays and Sundays from May to mid-October. Get in contact with us about this space.

Group Picnic Sites


The City of Concord has picnic sites in 25+ different parks that can be reserved up to a year in advance. The City of Concord has group picnic sites that may be reserved online up to a year in advance. Picnic tables that are not located in the group picnic site area are available on a first come first served basis. Park and Field Closures


Keep up to date on park and field closures throughout Concord. The Field Closure Schedule reflects planned closures for necessary park maintenance and turf renovations. The City reserves the right to modify the field closure schedule as conditions require.

Spray Park


The Meadow Homes Spray Park is free to everyone! The operating season begins Memorial Day weekend and continues until the last Sunday in September. The park is closed for the winter.

The spray park includes play areas for tots, tweens and teens.
