Effective July 1, 2021, the City of Concord's Residential Rent Registry Program requires all multifamily complexes of four or more units to register with the City on an annual basis. The Program requires property owners to provide information on tenancy and rents. This program is mandated by City Municipal Code 19.40 and was adopted as part of the City's larger Residential Tenant Protection Program.
The City’s second annual Residential Rent Registry Program report is now available for review. The 2022 report builds upon and includes year-over-year comparisons to the baseline data obtained in 2021. The 2022 report analyzes tenancies and rents in Concord, provides a landlord registration and program compliance analysis, and includes neighborhood maps with the locations of the registered multifamily complexes.
Also attached is the raw data spreadsheet from which the current report is derived. Per City Council's direction, identifying information and unit-specific rent information has been redacted from the spreadsheet.
