[ARCHIVED] Contra Costa Opens Vaccine Eligibility to 16+

16 years and older are now eligible to recieve vaccine

People that are 16 years and older and live or work in Contra Costa are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine!

Recently, Contra Costa County began receiving additional vaccine supply from the U.S. government for its numerous federally-qualified health centers. Last week, the County received 84,500 total doses of vaccine from the state and federal governments – 30,000 more than just the week before.

Register by filling out the Vaccine Appointment Request Form here or by calling 1-833-829-2626. It may take several days to get an appointment and anyone who is able to do so is encouraged to use the online request form instead of phoning – it will save you time.

Appointments for people age 16+ are only available through Contra Costa Health Services and can’t be booked using the State’s MyTurn portal at this time.
