Kolaboration (CoCo Farms) Cannabis Microbusiness with Storefront Retail 

(PL21109 – DA, UP, VA, AA, RT, DR)

 

You are hereby notified that on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the hour of 6:30 p.m., the City of Concord Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing through a Zoom teleconference via Webinar ID #987 0325 8570 (Passcode: 005997) to consider the following application:

 

Application for a Development Agreement, Use Permit, Variance, Administrative Permit, Tree Removal Permit, and Design and Site Review (PL21109 – DA, UP, VA, AA, RT, DR) for a cannabis microbusiness with storefront retail located at 2366 Stanwell Circle.  The General Plan designation for this site is Business Park (BP), and the Zoning Classification is Office Business Park (OBP); APNs: 112-252-021, -022, and -006.  CEQA: Categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities), 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction), 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures), 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land), and 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations).

 

Pursuant to AB 361, the City is authorized to hold public meetings via teleconferencing and to make public meetings accessible telephonically or otherwise electronically to all members of the public, without making available any physical location for the public.
