The Planning Commission of the City of Concord, California will consider adoption of Resolution No. 22-07PC recommending the City Council approve Administrative Permit, Minor Exception, Design and Site Review, and adopt an ordinance for a Development Agreement for a cannabis storefront and delivery retail business located at 1045 Galaxy Way. The General Plan designation for this site is West Concord Mixed Use (WCMU), and the zoning classification is West Concord Mixed Use (WMX); APN: 126-325-004. CEQA: Exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on this application in the City Council Chamber, 1950 Parkside Drive, at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Interested parties may appear and testify.
