You are hereby notified that on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the hour of 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 1950 Parkside Drive, Concord, California, the Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the following application:
Considering adoption of Resolution No. 23-05PC recommending the City Council approve an Administrative Permit, Minor Exception, and Design and Site Review, and adopt an ordinance for a Development Agreement for a cannabis microbusiness with retail storefront component use (including delivery) located at 5121 Port Chicago Highway. The General Plan designation for this site is Business Park (BP), and the zoning classification is Industrial Business Park (IBP); APN: 159-040-037. CEQA: The project is categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities), 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction), 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures), 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land), and/or 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations).
