As part of the information-gathering process for its Homeless Strategic Plan, the City of Concord is hosting a community meeting on Thursday, May 25 at 6 p.m. at the Willow Pass Community Center (2748 E. Olivera Rd.).

The goal of this meeting is to share information on Concord's unsheltered population, and to listen to your concerns, ideas, and feedback regarding the issue of homelessness in Concord.

The input collected from the event will help identify community goals and priorities that will inform the development of an actionable strategic plan to respond to homelessness in Concord.

A virtual community meeting covering the same topics will be held on Wednesday, May 31 at 6 p.m., and will have Spanish translation available. The meeting Zoom link can be found here. Outside of these meetings, there will be other opportunities for the community to provide input.

Please sign up here to receive more information on these events and visit the Homeless Strategic Plan web page to stay updated on this project.
