Patti Barsotti


Biography
In March 2017, Patti Barsotti was selected by the City Council to fill the remainder of Tim McGallian's term as Treasurer. McGallian had been appointed to the City Council to fill the vacant seat that was created when Tim Grayson who was elected to the State Assembly in the November 2016 election. In 2018, Barsotti was elected to serve a four-year term.

Barsotti is Vice President/Business Development at Mechanics Bank in the East Bay, a Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) and Certified Wealth Strategist® (CWS®). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business from San Francisco State University and completed the Professional Financial Planning Course at the University of California, Berkeley Extension.

Community Involvement
Beyond her financial credentials, Barsotti has achieved recognition as a volunteer, leader, motivator, and service provider in the community. During her 27-year history of involvement with Kiwanis International, she has served in several capacities, including governor of its California-Nevada-Hawaii district and Kiwanis International Trustee 2013 to 2016. She is immediate past president of the Kiwanis Club of Concord and currently serves as secretary.

Barsotti served on the board of directors of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce. She is president elect of the National Speakers Association/NorCal and currently serves as treasurer. Barsotti and her husband, Rocci, have lived in Concord for almost 40 years.
